 Your website indicates that PhotoAcute Studio works on Mac as well as PC. I downloaded it and clicked on the download and ended up with a lot of jibberish text... no program. I'm assuming it is therefore PC only, and I can't comment on that as I don't have a PC and there was no download for my Mac.
 PhotoAcute or not? Well, it`s nothing for Me.But a simple solution for right person.

Hi, I am a graphic designer living in Sao Paulo, Brazil and I used Defocus Dei about 6 years ago. I have downloaded yesterday the version 4.0 and I am impressed, very good software, I do not need to adjust several setups in the 3D software, I just render my scene with the ZBuffer and voilá...congratulations!!!

 Hawaii Photographer. This is a great program, was looking for a portraiture program but couldn't afford the high price for photoshop plug in I tried Softener and it was almost the same as the high priced programs, I tried it on a few pictures and was amazed of what it can do to a portrait, almost like a Professional wedding photographer I plan to purchase it. With your price it's a winner Mike Bambi.
 Softener Review I liked the effect, it was hard to achieve it without softener otherwise
